OUR OFFICERS

R. TED WILL : CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Mr. Will received his masters at Stanford and doctorate degree in business from the University of Colorado and has written several books on retailing and marketing. Mr. Will was a professor at Colorado State University for many years, also taught graduate classes overseas for the Department of Defense. In addition he has also done extensive consulting for major companies. Mr. Will is the CEO of Mister Money USA. Mister Money USA is a pawnshop franchise with over 50 locations in United States and Mexico.

R. DOUG WILL : PRESIDENT / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

As CFO for Mister Money Financial Services, Mr. Will has had extensive experience in corporate finance. Mr. Will has played an integral part in the development of numerous projects and expanding markets sites for Mister Money USA in the United States and Mexico.

TIMOTHY S. LANHAM : PRESIDENT / CHIEF OPER. OFFICER

Mr. Lanham has an extensive background in the sub-prime financial markets. Mr. Lanham has over 25 years experience in management and sales, including Chief Operating Officer of Mister Money USA. In addition to his many obligations, Tim heads the Kiosk program. Mr. Lanham currently serves on the board of directors of the National Pawnbrokers Association.

COLETTE SAWYER : CONTROLLER & SECRETARY

Colette has been the secretary of the various Mister Money entities for many years. Ms. Sawyer has lived and worked in Europe and the U.S., engaged in accounting and bookkeeping. She has been employed by Mister Money Financial Services for a total of 15 years, both prior to and after she returned form oversees. She received her bachelor's degree in accounting in 1985 from the University of Maryland.
