Collection Specialist

Mister Money has been in the financial services industry for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a Collections Specialist in our new Pay Day Lending division. This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Fort Collins.

Responsibilities include:

Inbound and outbound collection calls, to past due customers while maintaining positive client relations

Processing debit/credit card payments

Handling customer disputes

This is a terrific opportunity for a detail orientated, high energy person with GREAT interpersonal skills. Applicants must be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 1-3 years experience in collection or sales with a proven track record

Must demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

Willingness to learn a complex business

Proficiency in computer operations

Strong verbal skills
